Bob Biggans
Bob has experience working in underground limestone mines and underground coal mines; in surface limestone quarries and open pit surface coal mines.
He received his MSHA Instructor Certification from Penn State University in 1995.
He is also a former member of the Pennsylvania State Mine Rescue Team and competed in Mine Rescue Competitions for over five years.
A former liaison for Mine Rescue he was a participant in MERD Training at the Lake Lynn facility of NIOSH.
Bob completed Fire Fighting Training at the National Mine Academy through West Virginia University.
Bob has been a speaker in the past for the TRAM Conference at the National Mine Academy in Beckley, WV, where their submission took first place for Task Training Materials.
He is a current CPR/AED/ First Aid and Healthcare Provider Instructor for the American Heart Association.
He is an authorized OSHA Construction and General Industry Trainer.
Bob earned his Advanced Safety Certificate from the National Safety Council in 2016
Bob can provide OSHA 10 and 30 hour training.
He can provide on-site OSHA industrial forklift training for operators and trainers.
He can provide OSHA operator training for telehandlers and aerial work platforms.
Bob can also provide OSHA fall prevention and protection training.
He can provide OSHA confined space training.
He can provide OSHA training for the Oil and Gas Industry.
He is qualified to do substance abuse testing.
Bob is certified to do RRP lead testing.
And he is qualified to conduct safety audits and to develop fire emergency evacuation plans.
Bob has both his:
Pennsylvania child abuse clearance certification.
and Pennsylvania criminal background clearance certification.
